Understand the Difference Between EFI and OEM Drivers

At the same resolution, if you’re used to printing with the original OEM driver, EFI output may appear slightly grainier. This is a known difference due to EFI’s halftone algorithm and color management approach.

Adjust Halftone (HT) Mode

Switching the HT mode can make a noticeable difference. For example, 8-color printing delivers finer and smoother details, while 4-color printing tends to show more visible dots and a rougher texture.
