This is the most common shoe box design worldwide: the lid fits over the base to create a complete enclosure. The design allows the lid to be removed for easy access to the shoes. Heaven-and-earth boxes can be pre-assembled (two separate pieces glued and formed) or folding (one die-cut blank that folds into the lid-and-base structure). Pre-assembled heaven-and-earth is standard for retail; folding versions are more economical for bulk shipping.
Can I get a sample before full production?
Yes. We provide pre-production samples for all custom shoe box orders. Samples include the actual printed and assembled box with selected materials and finishes: allowing you to verify color accuracy, structural strength, stacking performance, shoe fit, and overall presentation before full production.
