Can I print on both the outside and inside of the folder?
Yes. Single-sided printing covers the outside front and back. Double-sided printing covers the outside and inside panels, including the pocket areas. Double-sided printing is recommended for folders where the inside panels will be visible — such as two-pocket press kits where recipients open and read inside content.
What is the standard folder size?
The standard folder size is 220 × 305 mm after folding (440 × 305 mm flat). This fits A4 documents folded in half to A5 size. For documents that remain unfolded, choose A4 landscape folders (310 × 310 mm after folding) or custom sizes. Refer to the size table above for detailed specifications.
Can I add a business card slot to my folder?
Yes. Most of our standard folder styles include a business card slot — Style 1, 3, 4, 7, and 9 have a slot on the pocket itself, Style 5 and 8 have the slot on the left pocket, and Style 2 offers 3 card slot positions (2 on the left side pocket + 1 on the right bottom pocket). Only Style 6 has no dedicated card slot, though we can add one as a custom modification. The standard slot fits 90 × 54 mm business cards. Custom slot sizes are available on request — ideal for unusual card dimensions or multi-card configurations.
What file format do you need for folder printing?
Print-ready PDF is preferred — with 3 mm bleed, CMYK color mode, and 300 DPI minimum resolution.
